Thanksgiving

In the middle of this month I wasn't so sure I'd be up to celebrating Thanksgiving.

I had imagined I would be saying how thankful I was for certain things that should have happened.

But they didn't.

And I was upset about it at this said time.

Jeffers would tell me to be thankful and happy for what we do have but I still kind of felt cheated out of what I should have had.

Don't get me wrong, I am SOOO thankful and feel SOOOO blessed for what I do have, an amazing husband, daughter, family, friends, a beautiful home, and countless other blessings.

Well I dwelled on it for a couple days and that is what I needed.

I am now at peace.

I know everything happens for a reason, and that is all I need to know.

First off, I am SOOOOOOO thankful and blesses to have such an angel for a daughter. I still can't figure out why she picked me to be her mom. But I am SOOO glad she did. Emberlyn is the most beautiful little girl I know. She is so sweet and nice, she loves her friends at daycare and loves to play with them. She has manners, she is so smart. She has this little funny personality, she loves to joke with us. It is the cutest thing I have ever seen! I honestly don't know what I would do without her. She has changed my life in so many ways I can't even begin to explain.

I love being a mother.

Emberlyn, thank you for being the best baby girl I could have ever asked for, you make my life soooooo beautiful every single day.

Second, my husband. He is my rock. He is such a good daddy. He loves his daughter and I more than I know. He is such a hard worker and is so good at what he does. I love being with him. I love hanging out and watching Jazz games with him. He takes care of our family so well. He will make pancakes for Ember any morning she asks for them. He will make her mickey mouse pancakes too! He loves to joke around with me. He makes sure we are safe. He will work countless overtime hours to make sure we have enough money to pay our bills. I love him sooo much!!!

He is my soulmate.

Thank you baby for being there for me and for being such an amazing husband and father.

Third, my family. All I can say is I don't know what I would do without them. They are always there for me and my family. I love them soooo much! I love hanging out with them!

My in-laws, if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be in my beautiful home. They have helped us countless times with things we need. They are some of the most amazing people I know. I am so LUCKY and BLESSED to have them as my in laws. I really don't know what I would do without them, they have ALWAYS been there for us and I want to thank them for it. I love you guys so much!

My cousin, Amanda, seriously one of my best friends! She is always there for me when I need her. We get eachother. She will make me laugh until I'm crying. I don't laugh that hard with anyone else. Our daughters love to play together! I hope they always stay as close and Amanda and I! I love you girly! Thank you for always being there and making me laugh!

My co workers, my work family, I love you guys! Thank you for being sooo awesome and fun to be around!

My friends, I LOVE my friends! I LOVE getting together with my friends! We always have fun when were together! Thank you for always being there for me and my family!

All of my sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, and neices and nephews.

You guys are such an amazing family I was blessed to become a part of. I learn so much from you guys. I can't even believe how lucky I am to have you guys in my life. I feel like I have all of these older sisters and brothers I never had. And 1 younger brother too! :) You guys are such good examples to me and I always love being around you guys and ur families. Thank you for being amazing!

I am now full of so much thanks. Thanks for all I have, I am such a lucky person to have all of these wonderful and amazing people in my life. I can't believe how amazing my life truely is.

When it comes down to it. It can be hard without a lot of money and things, but as long as we are happy that is what counts. Quality is ALWAYS better than quanity in my eyes. If my quality of life is amazing and I don't have a lot of money I am just fine with that!!!

As long as I have these amazing and beautiful people in my life I am happy.

TALKIN ABOUT LOTS OF STUFF

I haven't posted in forever, like I always do. So I thought I would! Things with the house are going AWESOME. I LOVE having my own home. I LOVE being able to call it my own! I want to go all out with Christmas lights but we will see if it really happens, I have a feeling our power bill would go way up!

I have been sick lately and it SUCKS, its the cold that won't go away! We did get family pictures and they ROCK!!!!! Julie is too awesome and sweet! She take UHMAZING pictures. Check em out!!

Its been too long.

Its been WAY too long since I have posted anything. My lovely friend and co worker, Julie, has been motivating me to write again. She will be posting everyday in October with AWESOME Halloween things! I CAN't FREAKING WAIT to read them! Y'all should check out her awesome blog! We have been WAY busy lately, I am going CRAZY with crafty things and decorating the house. My mind has been going a million miles an hour!! I've been doing things from painting the front door to making Ember's old jeans into shorts. Making new headbands, trying to figure out ways to decorate the house.

Something I just created the other night was an outfit for Emberlyn. She has these pair of jeans that are a little too short. Floods. They are still very nice pants and The Husband likes to dress her in them but they just look kinda like we do not buy our daughter new clothes. LOL. So I decided to make the pants into shorts!! GREAT IDEA, huh?! lol. So here are the pics of my awesome outfit I made!

Here is the shirt, it is an Old Navy tank top with a flower I made sewed on it.

The shorts are the old jeans. I cut them, folded the bottoms up, and sewed them. I added green buttons to each side. I got these buttons from the awesome Julie, she gave me a HUGE container full of buttons. AWESOME!

I am going to try to be posting more and more, I have a lot more projects I have done and that are in the works!!

EMBER'S 2!

Two years ago today my life changed.

It changed my life in the BEST way that I could have actually never imagined.

My baby girl was born.

I love her soo much and can't believe how big she is now. Time does fly by!

So,

HAPPY BIRTHDAY EMBERLYN!!!!

You are the best daughter in the whole world!!! I love you more than anything baby girl! K, not baby anymore, Big girl!

NEW HOUSE!

So we are now HOMEOWNERS!!!!

All of this wouldn't have happened without the help of my WONDERFUL, LOVING, GENEROUS, MOST AWESOMENESS in laws in the whole wide world!!!!!! Thank you so much Mark and Susie for all you have done for us!

And this is our MINI garden, I have 2 tomato plants and the rest are Anahaim and Jalpeno peppers, I know everything is planted really close together BUT we will see what happens!

On Sunday we went to Wal Mart to buy some new lures and Emberlyn wandered over to the kid fishing poles. As I peeked around the corner to see where she went she was pulling the pink Disney princess fishing pole off of the wall.

My heart melted to say the least! She came back saying, "my pink fishing pole" SOOO cute!

We went to Deer Creek and Jeffers was casting her pole out and sure enough he got a bite, Ember helped him reel it in! She wouldn't touch it but she sure was proud, as you can see from this picture.

I love my family so much.

Wednesday Night

Last night Jeffers, Emberlyn, and I went out to dinner since I haven't been grocery shopping in forever and there is pretty much NO food in our house. Yeah I'm an awesome mom...

Anyway, we went to Guru's in Provo on Center St. YUMMY! After that we walked around downtown Provo just because I wanted to. We took some cute pictures of Emberlyn, here are some from my phone I took.

SOOO I have been told I need to update my blog.. (Julie :))

So I am!

I am thinking of a new type of Mommy blog to start, it would have my cheap Mom beauty advise, projects, anything a cheap mommy like me would like! I will keep you posted on that, I think I am going to start that today! Til then here is a cute pic of my ADORABLE, BEAUTIFUL, PRECIOUS daughter who, by the minute is seriously learning new words and learning to put sentences together!

I LOVE being a mom.

I love having family come stay with us!!! I love having people in my home.

But I feel sooo bad for them when I have to wake up, shower, make my coffee, get ready, do all of my girly things and the poor guys have to try to sleep with that!! :(

No bueno.

BUT.

I am SO EXCITED to say that we FINALLY got the offer accepted on a home in Springville!!!!

It is a twin home and has 4 bedrooms, yes 4 bedrooms!!!

AND a bonus room! Perfect for a playroom! :)

So now my poor brother in laws won't have to listen to me get ready and wake them while I try to make coffee in the kitchen right next to where they are sleeping.

So in a couple months they will be able to sleep in their own rooms, in their own beds.

I can't wait! :)

Alright I haven't posted in FOREVER!

Quick update. Emberlyn is getting sooo big and soo smart! She is the greatest daughter in the whole world!!!

Jeffers is working hard going to school. I'm so proud of my love.

As for me I am just workin trying to stay sane ;)

Our newest adventure has been trying to buy our first home!!! :) :) :) :)

We had put an offer in on my favorite home and comes to find out it sold the day before we put our offer in.. :( But thats okay something better for our family awaits! There are 2 we really like. The pics above.

Home 1, Is located in Springville. Big back yard with mature huge trees and a dog kennel. 3 bedrooms 1 bath. 2 bedrooms upstairs and 3rd in the basement. Laundry in basement. It needs some work but for some reason I am very drawn to this home. I can't qutie figure it out.

Home 2, Is located in Provo. It also has a HUGE back yard. It is also a 3 bedroom 1 bath all bedrooms are upstairs and the basement is for laundry and it has very low ceilings. Basically for storage. It seems like a very nice location. It has minimal work but lots of updating. I can't quite figure out why I like The Springville one more. We are going to look at it again tonight maybe I'll figure it out!
